WHAT IS THE CREATIVE RESIDENCY
Founded by Justina Blakeney and Dabito, The Creative Residency is a program of intense, fast-paced, keep-it-real-style seminars specifically designed to help creative professionals take their work to the next level.
HOW IT ALL BEGAN
Justina and Dabito met for the first time in L.A. at a mixer for creative professionals. They began to work together almost immediately thereafter. There was a creative synergy. They motivated, supported and promoted each other in order to grow their individual brands and blogs. It is out of this friendship, and with this spirit, that they founded The Creative Residency. They believe in exchanging powerful ideas, sharing helpful resources and building meaningful relationships. They also believe that being around other exceptionally creative individuals is a key aspect of staying motivated and inspired.
WHY THE CREATIVE RESIDENCY?
The goal is to inspire, invigorate and empower creatives. The seminars are designed to be game changers — one leaves a seminar already armed with new tools, ideas and relationships that will take you and your brand to new heights.
WHERE ARE THE SEMINARS LOCATED
Presently all seminars take place in Room Forty of The Fig House in Highland Park, Los Angeles. All seminars include meals catered by Room Forty using their signature "Farm to Form" style.
